Mode 02 — Live Practice

Roleplay, turn by turn

Pick a scenario. The AI plays the other person — it asks questions, pushes back, and reacts. You answer out loud, tap to send, and every response gets scored.

Or practise for a real job NEW

Paste the actual posting and your interviewer builds every question from that role's real requirements — then digs into the ones you gloss over.

Mode 03 — Conversation

Talk to it like a real person

No buttons between turns. The mic stays open, SLD hears when you finish a thought, and answers out loud — like a phone call. Pick who you're talking to, or invent your own scenario.

Or face a panel — three characters, one call
Or describe your own scenario
Headphones recommended — it talks back.
Conversation
Connecting…

Just talk naturally — it hears you live, replies in under a second, and you can interrupt it mid-sentence like a real call. Scores are tracked quietly and shown when you hang up.

What your numbers mean
Words per minute
120–150 is the sweet spot
Under 100 sounds hesitant, over 160 sounds nervous. Newsreaders sit around 140 — calm, clear, easy to follow.
Fillers per minute
Under 3/min — elite is under 1
"Um, like, so, you know" — the audience counts them even when they don't mean to. Your dashboard shows which one is your habit.
Score / 100
85+ means you're dialed in
Starts at 100: −3 per filler, −10 for racing or crawling pace, +5 for the sweet spot. It rewards calm, clean delivery — not big words.
Body language (if on)
70%+ eye contact wins
Eye contact, posture and stillness blend into your score, 70% speech / 30% body — because your audience listens with their eyes too.
Tips & tricks
Drills that actually work
DRILL 01
The 60-Second Zero
Record 60 seconds on any topic with a target of zero fillers. When you feel an "um" coming, close your mouth and pause instead. Under 3 fillers is a pass — repeat daily until zero feels normal.
DRILL 02
The Cold Opener
Your first 15 seconds are the hardest — so make them automatic. Record just your opening five times in a row until the hook lands without a single stumble. Memorize your opener cold; improvise the rest.
DRILL 03
Interruption Reps
Start a Debate conversation and defend a position while getting pushed back. Goal: finish your point calmly every time you're challenged. Pressure in practice makes the real thing feel familiar.
DRILL 04
The Camera Take
Turn on body language, record 30 seconds, and target 80% eye contact with still hands. Most people are shocked by their first number — that shock is the drill working.
